I don’t really know how I feel about pairing. Every time someone attempts to throw some food at me when I’m drinking a special beer, I grin with contempt. Coffee Geek has, and will probably always be, one of the best sites on the web for finding info about the current state of coffee. Not only has the site opened the door to amateurs like myself, it also provides up to date news and information about things pressing to the coffee fanatic or hobbyist. First Post, Starting things slow.
I’m really trying to get a little coffee blog going. Gonna attempt to post pictures of coffee I see and enjoy. I’ll more than likely repost all of them from some other source, so I claim no ownership to any (well almost any) pictures seen here. I’m going to try and talk about great shops in this area as best I know how. Hopefully my coffee contacts will give me some updates whenever possible....
